Return Policy

Cancellations/Refunds: Orders may be cancelled for a full refund by 5pm the Thursday they are planted (11 days before delivery date.) Once grow has started, changes cannot be made to your order. If you receive a damaged order (wilting, mold, etc) please contact us via email for a refund or a replacement order. Customer is responsible for leaving out a cooler or lunch box with an ice pack the day of their delivery. (An ice pack will be provided with your first order, if needed.) McNabb Microfarm LLC is not responsible for damaged microgreens if a cooler is not left out.
